- Family is the government of Heaven. The language is us, we, ours.
- The success of a team is linked to the environment we create when we are not on the platform.
- We want to give people the opportunity to grow musically and spiritually. We want our team members to be trained, equipped, and empowered.
- We are in the culture of honor, not the culture of honor me. We celebrate people.
Community Night
Our New Life Music Family is constantly trying to love and sustain our Worship community. With our six weekly services (Sundays, Heaven Come, Prayer Room, etc.) plus our heaven come services, conferences, meetings and auditions, it’s important to create opportunities to strengthen the team’s vision, culture, and unity. For any team, if you don’t fight for community, it won’t happen, so we have made these mandatory for our team because we recognize that the health of our community rests in our ability to connect. Our Community Nights always consists of food, testimonies, encouragement, worship, and prayer.
Cultured
Every church has its own worship culture. Cultured is a training opportunity each new member has to learn the church’s worship culture before they start serving. During the two cultured sessions the new team member will learn:
- The core values of our worship team
- Theological worship principles
- Our vision as a team
- Practical aspects of worship
Night of Worship
Worship Social
Worship Socials are a monthly opportunity we have as a worship family to break bread together and have community. Where as Community Nights are generally more focused on what is happening within the worship ministry, Worship Socials are more focused on being intentional with the worship volunteers by doing different activities to connect with smaller and different groups of people each month. Worship Socials help to make a big church feel small, and a close worship team even closer and more like a family.

Children
In New Life Kids, we believe and value three core pillars in leading your children:
- Safety: Your child will be cared for in a safe, clean, and adult supervised area. All those serving with your children have been thoroughly background checked and trained.
- Fun: Love Jesus is Fun! Your son or daughter will have fun; dancing, singing, playing, laughing, and connecting with their friends!
- Learning: “Train a child in the way they should grow up…” Proverbs 22:6a. We believe in creating the space for your child to learn about God, Who Jesus is, what the Bible teaches, and how we can partner with our families to make disciples of Jesus!

Worship
We believe that worship is a holy response to a Holy God. When we join together in one accord to worship the Lord as the singers and musicians did in the scriptures, we believe the tangible presence of the Almighty God will fill the sanctuary resulting in changed, transformed and renewed lives. We are a presence-driven church that believes in the power of the Holy Spirit.
“…in Unison when the trumpeters and singers were to make themselves heard with one voice praising and thanking the Lord, and when they raised their voices accompanied by the trumpets and cymbals and [other] instruments of music, and when they praised the Lord, saying, “For He is good, for His mercy and loving kindness endure forever,” then the house of the Lord was filled with a cloud, so that the priests could not remain standing to minister because of the cloud; for the glory and brilliance of the Lord filled the house of God.” (2 Chronicles 5:13-14 AMP)
